‘Good’ Rating for Bromley MindCare Respite at Home

CQC rate Bromley MindCare Respite at Home as 'Good'

Following an inspection in November 2017, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated the Bromley MindCare Dementia Respite at Home service as ‘Good’ overall, achieving the rating in all areas of service safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and being well-led.

“We know from feedback we get from carers that our Respite at Home service is a lifeline for many people,” said Chief Executive, Ben Taylor, “but it is great to have the expert endorsement of CQC that the service provides a good quality of support across the board. The feedback from carers in the report in particular highlights the tremendous job done by all our Respite at Home staff.”
