We are looking for a Dementia Services Manager (following the retirement of the current postholder) to provide leadership to our long-established, highly regarded services in Bromley.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills and understanding of person-centred care, you will have experience of leading teams and of working in community based health or social care services.
The successful candidate will focus on managing our Dementia Support Centres and Respite in the Home services, to include the line management of our Senior Dementia Centre Staff and Respite Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be expected to work their hours across either 3, 4 or 5 days a week (Mon – Fri).
